Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Delivery Times (UK)
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g. holidays).
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery speed. We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a set threshold — displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
International Shipping Currently, VoxelStore ships within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned!
